Sample Lead Time:

1. Normal sample without any change will be charged double and will be refunded upon mass production.
2. Decal layout fee will be charged if the artwork of decal shall be customized.
3. Sample Payment: subject to quantity and design complexity if without existing mold
4. Decal Sample Fee Refund: Sample fee shall be refunded upon mass order of above 1500pcs
Maintenance:
1. Lining Cleaning:
The removable parts may be washed in lukewarm water and appropriate mild soap.
Let the helmet dry upside down to allow the remaining water to escape through the ventilation holes. Let dry in room temperature,
2. After cleaning, no hair dryer shall be used to dry up.
3. All cleaning shall be gentle and mild to avoid possible damage or deformation.
4. The effectiveness of the adjustment and retention system can be impaired by dust or sand. We suggest periodic cleaning of the retention system using only a solution of lukewarm water and neutral soap.
5. Use no solvent. Do not lubricate.
